Marc OMAN
- Marc Oman is a Principal within Google's global data center deployment and energy strategy team. He is part of the business team leading Google’s efforts to achieve carbon-free energy sourcing 24/7 by 2030, and is one of the architects of Google's digital decarbonization strategy in Europe. Since joining Google in 2015, M. Oman has directly led the closing of nearly 20 corporate Power Purchase Agreements (“PPAs”) for solar PV, onshore and offshore wind PPAs across Europe. He led the closing of Google’s first hourly carbon-free energy supply contract in Europe in 2021.Marc Oman has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a dual French-American citizen and lives in Paris, France.
